Can I get a government seat in any of the reputed medical college with a Neet score of 568 obc Muslim? ?? If yes in which college?

Given your marks 568/720 and your OBC category, your AIR will be anywhere in the range of 4-5,000 and category rank in the range of 900-1900. This is a great rank and marks and should get you into a good government college. Although I'd ask you to prefer your 85% State Quota seat as you will surely make it into the best college of your state.
