Can i get a high paying job in Canada after 2 year Post baccalaureate diploma in Operations and supply chain management at Kwalten Polytechnic university which have Co-op too and PGWP too. Before that i have compelted BBA in India and Ielts with 7 bands
Hi,
Yes, it is definitely possible to get a good-paying job in Canada with your profile, but realistically you would usually start with entry-level roles first and grow from there.
With a BBA + 7 IELTS bands + a 2-year post-baccalaureate diploma, your profile is decent for Canada. A 2-year eligible program can also help you get up to a 3-year PGWP if the course remains PGWP-approved under IRCC rules.
In supply chain/operations fields, salaries generally grow with Canadian experience:
• Entry-level → around CAD 55k–68k
• Mid-level → around CAD 75k–90k
• Senior roles → CAD 100k+
The important thing is getting:
• Canadian work experience
• Internships/co-op
• Networking
• Certifications later (like SCMP)
So yes, long-term growth potential is good, but don’t expect a very high salary immediately after landing in Canada.
