Marketing and HR are 2 different streams and have no relevance to each other. So with a specialisation in Marketing and IT, you might not get a job in HR field because of irrelevance in Academic profile and job descriptions. With MBA in Marketing field, you have to try for designations like Product Manager, Marketing Manager, Corporate Sales, etc.
