Can I get a mbbs seat from MS Ramaiah medical College Karnataka through all India counciling as I am belonging from West Bengal

Hi,
Well if MS Ramaiah attend all India counseling under deemed University quota then you can attend the counseling from there. If not then also you can attend the state quota counseling to claim the seat in State as non domiciled students are also allowed to attend private quota counseling for private medical and dental colleges.
