Yes you can get a private medical college very easily through neet in mbbs so keep a check on state forms as private seats are filled by state counselling

Hi Priya, As per your query about getting a seat in private college with 420 marks in general category, i would say YES, you can get a seat.
But here i would like to inform you that Private colleges are also of 2 type - DEEMED universities- self governed universities and others Private colleges are registered under govt university... Cutoff marks in deemed universities are lesser than other private colleges... But fees of deemed are usually higher, So you have to choose accordingly...
Forms are out after the result of NEET is declared, thrn you have to apply and attend counseling of these colleges
