Yes you can, the eligibility is 60% in 12th, the entrance exams are acting as scholarship tests this year as the criteria is relaxed.

The scholarships on basis of CLAT/LSAT will be:

1. CLAT Rank 1-1000 or LSAT--India percentile more than 90 = 40% of Program Fee

2. CLAT Rank 1001-2000 or LSAT--India percentile of 85-90 =  30% of Program Fee

3. CLAT Rank 2001-5000 or LSAT--India percentile of 80-84.99 = 20% of Program Fee

If you have missed to appear in CLAT you can appear in LPUNEST where you will also get scholarship depending upon the performance.

LPU offers different types of scholarships on the basis of marks in either of the last two qualifications, LPUNEST, Sports, Defence, COVID-19 Frontline Scholarship, and many more. If you are eligible for more than one scholarship, only one scholarship you will get is the maximum one. The best thing is if you get the scholarship, the tuition fees after getting a scholarship will be applicable every semester except a few types of scholarships. The last date for admission to avail maximum scholarship is 31st May 2020.

I think LPU does not provide Scholarship or admission on the basis of clat. They Conduct their own Entrance National Entrance and Scholarship Test (LPUNEST) for Under Graduate-LAW aspirants. It will act as Entrance Test as well as Scholarship Test. LPUNEST will be conducted in online mode.
