Yes you can get Admission into the colleges of University of Delhi if you have scored in 80s. But you may have troubles getting the subjects of your choice or even the college of your choice. You might end up getting subjects like Hindi honours, sanskiy or Arabic or something like that based on first cutoff list. But in later lists the chances of getting an okayish seat increases. It is also dependent on your reservation category. If you have reserved seats then it will be easier for you to secure a good seat otherwise you'll be facing some problems of not getting your subjess choice or college choices.

Perhaps it can. Other than that there are many women's college associated to DU too.You can try to find out the previous years cutoff lists and check your percentage against it and see if you can find a seat . The cutoff list more or less remains similar every year.
