Sorry but i am not getting about which branch you are talking about as there is no branch named as Coep but as far as i am getting i guess you are talking about COEP college which is in pune.
Then yes you can get admission in that college but it has certaing conditions:
Both will be calculated accordingly and it willl be decided whether you are eligible or not.
