In order to take admission in COEP, Pune you should have domicile certificate of Maharashtra. It takes admission through MHT CET.
You can take admission in private engineering of colleges of Maharashtra through JEE Main or MHT CET but it is recommended to apply through JEE Main as they are preffered over MHT CET.

No, you can not. College of Engineering Pune offers admission to candidates based on their score in MHT CET and not JEE Main. So, in order to get admission in College of Engineering Pune (COEP), you have to appear in MHT CET 2018 and qualify in it.
