Unfortunately , no. You can't get admissions in a good course and college if your best of four aggregate in your class 12th examinations is 63% . You might get admitted in one of the last cutoffs rolled out by the university of Delhi, New Delhi on their official website. Though you can still apply for admissions to the Delhi University online on their website - du.ac.in.
