Chances are average .Your marks is around double of cutoff marks of your category marks which is good.
Getting in 1st round of counseling seems little bit difficult but able to get into further round of counseling.If getting seems little difficult than change your branch helps you to get into MBM

Chances are there to get ECE.But surely we cannot say anything as it depends upon the number of applicant apply for the MBM.
