Assuming general category , it would be very tough to get admission in any NIT with this rank , but you can go for CSAB round , sometimes many seats are vacant so you might have a chance to get seat .
Since you are from Delhi-Ncr you can go for JAC Delhi Counselling where you can get DTU , NSIT and other good colleges in delhi area .
