There is no such criteria ,aiims marks are valid just for one year.Supose you got (AIR 1) in 2019 then you'll have to take admission this year only to get AIIMs Delhi. With this rank you cannot get admission in 2020 in aiims.
You'll have to again give aiims exam in 2020 and secure (AIR 1 ) to get admission in aiims Delhi in year 2020.
