Dear Arpit, 642 marks is a terrific score. In 2018, 599 marks secured a seat in Seth GS Medical College under General Category under State Quota. That is the highest cut off. So, at 642, you have a very fair chance at all Government Medical Colleges of Maharashtra. So going by previous cut ofs and your score, you have a shot at:
Lokmanya Tilak Medical College
Rajiv Gandhi Medical College
HBT Medical College
Grant Medical College
Topiwala National Medical College
