In 2018 under State Quota, 355 marks secured a seat in Meghana Institute of Dental Sciences, Nizamabad under BC Category. That was the cut off for BDS in Private Dental Colleges. With 337, you fall short for admission. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Your marks are less for BC Category BDS Seat for AP as well. SC had a cut off 401. And it higher for BC Category.
