can i get bsc agriculture ..my rank is 9313..OC category..EWS

Sorry but you wont be eligible to get a seat in BSC Agriculture, being a candidate from OC category with EWS. According to your rank secured in AP EAMCET 2020, the last year cutoff range in agriculture for the OC category candidates ranged from 5784 to 8053. You did not even manage to be in the minimum qualifying range, so even if you want to apply for fee reimbursement, you cannot because you failed to be in the cutoff range. However, it is an estimation based on the performance in the exam and the last year cutoff range. So please wait for the official results and see whether you managed to be in the passing range. If you manage, then you will be able to get admission in the government college else you can try out in the private institute.
