The cutoffs for general candidates in vssut for the desired branch are.
Computer science-51587 to 598591
Electrical engineering- 91961 to 794017
Information technology - 88345 to802014
Then for civil branch is - 213412 to 981714
So for st category divide the values by 10 atleast your rank shold be between that to get admission into vssut.

I mean the general cutoffs what I had given you just divide those ranks by 10 ang you will find the st range to get admission
The cutoff rank u mentioned is of which round selection
