Can i get gov.college for mbbs my marks is 219 n 70 persantile

It is not possible to get MBBS in any government college of India with that score. The cutoff goes above than 500 for general category and above 350 for SC/ST. You can prepare once more and grab a seat next time. 219 is good and if you add 300/350 more to it then there isn't anything to worry about.
