can i get hbtu with obc rank 97000 and homestate defence quota any branch till last round

Dear student,
Hbtu kanpur is one of the most oldest engineering colleges and it offers admission in undergraduate courses on basis of jee mains rank.
Now as your obc rank is 97000, then your CRL rank must be above 200000. And with this much CRL rank you can not get hbtu kanpur.
Even if your are an obc defence quota candidate then also got cannot get any branch in hbtu kanpur.
Last year the highest cutoff closing rank for obc defence candidates on basis of their CRL rank was - 160546 ( for paint technology).
So, as per your CRL rank there is no chance that you can get HBTU kanpur.
