Can I get into LPU for B.DES.(graphics) without giving LPU-NEST of design? Ps. I scored 82.2% in my high school.
Hi there , LPU offers B.Design (Graphics) programme which trains students in the domains of print, package design, UI/UX design, motion graphics and environmental graphics. The eligibility of programme is -
Pass with
50%
aggregate marks
in 10+2
(with English)
or equivalent, subject to qualifying
LPUNEST
or UCEED or Under Graduate NID DAT (Prelims) or Under Graduate NIFT or NIFT B.FTech.
For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium or an equivalent subject.
As you got more than 80% in 12th , so you will get scholarship in the programme fees also which will remain applicable till the duration of course . In LPUNEST test you will also get scholarship , but you will only get one , whichever will be higher .

Hey, yes you can get direct admission in LPU without the NEST. NEST (National Entrance & Scholarship Test) is totally based on the scholarship criteria.
There is a lot of advantages of appearing for LPU- NEST, including attractive scholarship. I would advise you to apply for LPU NEST, its much easier that way plus it has more scholarship chances but without it also you can take the admission.
