Sorry but for all India quota you need a score of 550+ if you belong to a general category to secure a seat in some govt college. But you can try for some state quota or private colleges.

Sorry to say that but you won't be able to get any govt medical College seat under 15%all India quota seats if you belong to a general category as the expected cut-off marks for general category will be 560+marks but you can try for 85%state quota seats if you belong to some particular state.
