can I get MBBS seat for 250 marks in b category at any state

Hope you are doing well
According to previous year's cut off trends, candidates from General Category required 50th percentile to qualify, candidates from OBC/ST/SC category required minimum 40th-45th percentile to qualify. With the marks you have mentioned above it is not possible for you to get admission in MBBS since 250 marks for MBBS are very low. You can either try next year and get a good score in NEET or you can try in private colleges in Karnataka through management quota. Chances of your admission are pretty low but you can give it a try in these colleges through management quota :
St. John's Medical College, Banglore
The Oxford Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, Attibele
MS Ramaiah Medical College, Banglore
NIMHANS, Banglore
You can also try getting admission in other courses such as BPT/B. Pharm, details for these you can find below,
