The college are reserved for J&K students only. It follows 100% state quota. So, if you are from jammu and kashmir then you can get admission there otherwise not. Last year the cutoff for the mentioned college for general students was- 489. And there is no management quota in the college. So, it seems you have very low chances for that college.
