Hi ravi,
I already informed you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits And with electronic and communication branch is impossible.
Electronics and communication branch is now a days a most raising branch in feild of technology so it has high cutoff to get admission with this branch into any nits.
Either take your desired branch in any other reputed private institutes or take a year drop to prepare harder for jee 2020.
