Can I get nit in Delhi with 60000 obc rank?

I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.
And even nut delhi is one of the reputed institutes in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
The maximum rank with which a candidate with obc category can get admission into nit delhi is 5k to 6k and that for electrical and electronics engineering branch.
