can I get nit for 70.50 percentile in obc category

Sir kya mera bihar k muzaffarpur  k mit m nhi mil skta hai mera 12th m 72% hai aur jee .ains january m 70.50 percentile hai

Your rank is too high with this percentile  , so there will be no seat in NIT's or IIIT's for you .But you can try for state level counsellings in states like Haryana ,Punjab , Uttarakhand , MP , Odisha etc.  There you have some chances to get a seat .You can also try private colleges .
