Can i get obc certificate of maharashtra for neet if i have an obc certificate of rajasthan? i am born in mumbai but my dad was in rajasthan

Every state has it's own policy about caste reservation like in some states some particular casts are treated as minority while in others they are not so I would suggest you to go to the tehseldar office(registrar office) in the state you want to live in they might give you appropriate info.
