can I get obg diploma for 28 k rank with obc category

You may receive Dnb Obgy up to 26617 rank for a lower price of 1.25 lakh per year, which is cheaper than the standard fee. You may also get a stipend that is more than 35k per month.

It is not feasible to get a position on the All India Council.
