Dear Ankit, Institute of Medical Sciences and SUM Hospital is a Private Medical College and so the admission is possible only through State Counselling or Management Quota. You havent mentioned your Category. Neverhless, 280 is a very less score for a Medical seat unless you belong to Reserved Categories i.e. SC/ST. Unfortunately a seat in SUM Medical College is difficult with a score of 280 if you belong to General/OBC Categories.
