If you have filled the registration forms of Delhi university, you definitely can get admission in Delhi university either in the 4th cutoff or in the 5th cutoff but if you haven't filled the university ug form, as it seems the case may be, you can't take admission in DU at this point of time. Because for taking admission in Delhi university, you need to fill the undergraduate admission form.
