Hello!
Yes, you can fill the application form for VIT, but you should be a person who is appearing for board examination on 2021. Not only for VIT you can apply for every entrance including JEE ( Joint entrance examination). While filling check with the age eligibility, if you satisfy all the necessary condition then you can appear for VIT.
Mostly VIT entrance would be conducted only after your boards.
