    If you belong to Goa state then only you can apply. Also, you are only eligible if you have'nt got any seat in earlier rounds of counseling and you are doing fresh registration. Also, there will be no upgrade round as well.

    I havent got any seat but i have not registered in gcet. But they have called all candidates on 27.8.17 at 11.15 am
