Can i participate in karanataka counselling 2nd round for private college if i have not participated in round 1 of counselling neet ug 2019?

If you have not registered for round 1 then I do not think that you will be able to register separately for round 2 counselling and seat allotment.
Students who have registered during the registration period have the options of free exit or upgradation or any other thing but if not registered then I don't think you can not register separately again for round 2.
