According to previous year's cutoff ranks and marks for admissions into good veterinary colleges in India following cutoffs are required under unreserved category (UR):-
cutoff rank- 18724 (for 2017)
and, 33828(for 2018)
So, most probably it will be around this only this year too.
So, according to this you still have chances of getting a good college for veterinary seat in 2nd round of counselling.
