Can I register Karnataka neet freshly for 2nd round?
The registration process is necessary for the participation in the counselling rounds and the time period for the registration is fixed and you need to register for the counselling process within the time limit. And if you fail to do so then there will be no option left for the registration in the second round of the counselling. So if you have not registered online then you will not be able to go for the second round directly and you have to wait for the next year counselling. You should have kept on checking the website of the admission committe as such deadlines are not declared officially and can only be known through the website only.

As far as the official schedule of counselling is concerned , there is registeration only once. The application form was released and the last date to fill the form has been passed. So , only registerations can take place only once. Rest , sometimes schedule can be changed based on different situations.
