For that instance, you may even pursue a PhD after becoming a Civil Servant. You may pursue a Part Time PhD or go on a Study Leave or Sabbatical for Educational Purposes. However, most of the aspirants after becoming a Civil Servant, decide to pursue a MA in Public Policy, LLB or maybe a MBA (General Management), which directly impacts work with the Government in future.
