Yes you can surely write NEET exam while studying b pharmacy.
For NEET minimum requirement is 10+2. With PCB group and 60%marks.
In case you qualified NEET you can leave pharmacy and join colleges through NEET.
But keep in mind it is the toughest exam of medical prepare accordingly.
