Dear Akhil, for being eligible for USMLE, you should be studying Medicine either in Canada or US. If he Country is noy one amongst these 2, then the University you have enrolled for Medicine should be listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools. Now, Sichuan University in China is located in quite a few cities. But it is listed in the World Ditectory. So you are elugible for USMLE if you are either pursuing or completed Medicine from Sichuan University.
