With that your score in your board exam should be above 85% or more. You can get admission their even if you are non- maharashtrian but you score in nata should be good. Yes, you can apply to Sir JJ College of Architecture through both NATA or JEE Main paper 2.
Please mention that the qualifying marks for NATA is 40% out of total 200 marks then only you would be elegible to apply.
