No, You will not get any MBBS seat with this marks, with your category minimum marks to secure a govt seat in any state or through all India quota is 485+, If you do not want to waste a year either you can do BAMS, or do start preparation for NEET 2021By taking previous year question papers & test series. First of all for qualifying neet exam you have to score 40% which is about 288 marks for obc category and after that if you want to secure a seat in government medical college you have to Atleast score 470+ marks. I hope this information helps you
