Yes you are eligible but you will need to check with the university. Most boards are accepted by Delhi University.

Hey,
Yes, other board students can also apply for courses in Delhi University. For BA eng hons. , you need to get good percentage around 94 % atleast to get admission in North campus of DU. In DU, only aggregate of 4 subjects is taken with English as compulsory subject.
