See your eligibility is not determined only by the percentage of one subject in 10+2 because to determine the eligibility criteria the combination of the 3 main subjects are to be taken.
To appear in NEET UG you need to satisfy some eligibility conditions :-
For 10+2 or equivalent :-
>>>>> You need to pass separately in theory as well as in practical of PCB.
>>>>> If you belongs to General/UR category then your aggregate of PCB (Theory + Practical) should be equal to or more than 50%(40% for SC/ST/OBC and 45% for PwD).
>>>>> You should be pass in English subject as well.
Complete NEET UG ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA :-
** You must have passed 10+2 from any recognized central/state board.
** English should also be in your curriculum of class 12th and also you should have passed in it.
** You minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st 2022, as per the current eligibility criteria.
** Now there is no upper age limit for NEET UG.

The marks scored in Biology/Bio-Technology, Physics and Chemistry Taken together are considered to determine the eligibility to appear for NEET UG. You may appear for NEET UG if you fulfill the given criteria
- You must have passed 10+2 with English, Biology/Bio-Technology, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board.
- If you belong to general category you must score minimum 50% marks aggregate in Biology/Bio-Technology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including practical and theory examination.
- If you belong to OBC/SC/ST you need to score minimum 40% aggregate marks in Biology/Bio-Technology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including practical and theory examination.
- If you belong to PWD category you need to score minimum 45% aggregate marks in Biology/Bio-Technology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including practical and theory examination.
- The minimum age must be 17 years as on December 31st in the year of admission.
- There is no upper age limit as it is removed.
- Indian Nationals, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs & Foreign Nationals aspirants are eligible to apply.
So calculate the Marks scored in Biology, Physics and Chemistry Taken together including the marks scored in theory exam and practical examination. And check if you have scored minimum percentage of marks as specified for the category you belong to.
