Hello dear student,
cut off depends on number of factors, but two main factors are ;:-
1. Difficulty level of the question paper
2. Number of students that appeared in NEET
This year there's increase in number of students that appeared in NEET.
Also, this year neet paper was quite easy when compared to 2017 neet paper, Actually Neet 2019 paper is one of the easiest paper when compared to recent year papers, so cut off marks for Medical colleges including AFMC is bound to increase.
