Yes, you can surely mention your category as EWS according to notice by NTA dated 25 april 2019 clarifies that the candidate belonging to EWS category can mentioned the same at the time of registration for counselling.The qualifying percentile for same category is 50 percentile and counselling will be conducted for the seats for EWS quota as a separate category.
