Hi Anushka,

Yes, you can do B.Tech from Delhi University.

But, only B.Tech Information Technology and Mathematical Innovations is offered by Cluster Innovation Centre, University of Delhi, Delhi. Here, only 40 seats are available and sadly, the student has no choice as only one B.Tech course is available at Delhi University.
