Hey qualifying NEET doesn't guarantee you a MBBS seat. Allotement of seat is done based on your rank. However you may be able to get into certain private institutions if cost is not an issue.
Based upon your marks your chances of getting a seat in any medical college is difficult but you can try for management quota seats in private and deemed medical colleges.i hope this information helps you.
