can we get into vit through jee main marks ,if yes what are the procedure and what is way of appying to it in year 2021

No, there is no way you can get admissions at Vellore institute of technology through your jee main scores. All the admissions for engineering courses are done on on the basis of rank secured in VITEEE which work conducted in May and counseling for the same is going on.
