You can't include mathematics in your BFS.
You should refer prospectus of St stephens college.

Actually he can include maths, the prospectus just says you don't have to include maths, ie it's not a compulsion to include it but you still can if you want to.

Hello yogesh,
I see you want to apply for economic ( hons) in st. Stephens that is an excellent choice. You can include maths in your best of 4 calculations, Infact it is compulsory to include maths in your best of 4 calculations along with economics as per du rules and regulations.
