According to the VITTEEE 2019 Eligibility criteria,
VITEEE 2019 aspirants should have either completed or appearing in 2019 in the following eligible qualifying examinations:
So you can only appear for VITTEEE in the year you complete your 12th Boards.

According to the VITTEEE 2019 Eligibility criteria,
- Nationality:- Indian nationals/NRI/PIO/OCI holderAge
- Born :- on/after July 01, 1997.
- Minimum Marks:- 60% marks in Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology (PCM/PCB) in +2 (or its equivalent)
VITEEE 2019 aspirants should have either completed or appearing in 2019 in the following eligible qualifying examinations:
- Class 10+2 conducted by the State Board/CBSE/ISCE.
- Intermediate or 2-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognized Board/University.
So you can only appear for VITTEEE in the year you complete your 12th Boards.
