Can you Tell me your marks and Category? These two factors will affect your chances very much and apart form that how other canididates have performed will also have an impact over this.

As you are MH candidate your chances of getting a seat at ILS becomes brighter. But how other canididates have performed in test and what options they are going to choose will be very important. I think you have chance of getting a seat at ILS but situation will become clear only in the last week of this month once merit list (Aug. 23) and first list of seat allotment (Aug. 30) is released. I hope it helps!
